We understand that conflicts do arise. If they do, please try to call and reschedule as soon as possible, so that we can offer your appointment to someone else who may be waiting. We, in turn, will make every effort to reschedule your appointment as soon as it is convenient for you. However, failures to appear for scheduled appointments, and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to an appointment, will result in the scheduled charges being billed for the appointment not kept.
